PROGRAMS
Preschool: Our preschool program offers a 4-day a week, half day class for children 2 1/2 to 5 years of age. We request that children are potty trained before entering our programs. This class ratio is 10:1.

Pre-Kindergarten: This is a 5-day a week, half-day program for children 3-6 years of age. The adult to child ratio is 10:1.
All-day Kindergarten: Our program allows for kindergarten age children to come all day. They are required to bring their own lunch.
We also offer 1/2 day Kindergarten.

Elementary: We offer a lower elementary program for children ages 6-9, and an upper elementary program for ages 9-12. As children progress into Montessori elementary, they continue to be curious and sensorial learners. The environment helps students develop social skills and peaceful conflict resolution tools.

CURRICULUM
The opportunities for learning are extensive, yet appropriate for the young and growing child. They learn through their senses by manipulating concrete objects. They are introduced to concepts in language, math, science, botany, art, and geography. Our music program includes singing, musical instruments, and classical music. We also include a kindness curriculum which fosters a caring environment where positive interactions promote student achievement and lifelong learning skills.
The elementary curriculum emphasizes the importance of a solid foundation in cultural subjects such as history, geography, science and art as well as the ’classic’ subjects of math, reading and language. An integrated approach allows students to appreciate the interconnectedness of all life. The goal is for students to gain a sense of appreciation for all that has come before them and a sense of responsibility for making their own contributions as citizens of our world.
